I Got my roof and siding done be Dexteriors and it was a great experience from the quote to the install and clean up.  The team was very knowledgeable and the install was extremely clean and detailed.  We decided to use thier fiancing which made it an even better experience. We had Dexteriors back to help with our roof after using them previously on a deck with roof covering 2 years back. Our roof was at the end of its life so it was time to go. Their pricing was fair, not cheap. We got 3 quotes and glad we went with Dexteriors because they really took care of the home, driveway, and cleaned up really well. Hands down the best experience we’ve ever had dealing with a contractor in over 35 years of owning a home. Matt came out and gave us the estimate. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us advice where we needed it. After we agreed to terms Matt took the reins from beginning to end. He dealt with the township, had the material delivered when he said he would, started the job on time,  stayed in constant contact with us on timeline which was helpful because we were dealing with some bad weather. He even apologized for contacting me too much (which there is no such thing with typical contractors).😂 Most importantly, his crew was very professional, respectful, and worked hard. We are more than pleased with the experience Dexteriors provided! They did a thorough inspection of our roofing system during the estimate and found not only was our roof sheathing/decking undersized (only 3/8", home built circa 1958), but there was also mold on the existing sheathing, inside our attic space! Unfortunately, our soffit vents were originally installed incorrectly and impacted the existing structure. In addition, our gable vents conflicted with the (potential) airflow that would have come from the soffit ventilation, when paired with our existing ridge vents. Dexteriors provided the appropriate correction at a reasonable cost. During installation, the Dexteriors crew was professional and efficient. They replaced the entire sheathing and installed the new roof with modernized ventilation in just 1 day! We were more than impressed. Having a new, properly installed roofing system on our home gives us a profound piece of mind, that we will proudly pass on to the home's next owner (with transferrable warranty!), when the time comes.
